Overview

Claude CodeCad is a private project. The description Sahil supplied for this site is a desktop CAD agent: an OpenSCAD constructive-solid-geometry pipeline that drives Onshape from a native Windows app. There is no public repository link, because a private repo would 404 for visitors, and the source is not copied here.

Problem

Onshape is where the solid has to end up. OpenSCAD is a text description of a solid. The app is the bridge between those two, running on Windows rather than only in a browser tab.

What he built

Only the description above is public. Languages, a version, screenshots, and a download are not. If a build or a short architecture note becomes public, add it on this page and on the research index. Until then the page stays a name, a sentence, and the tools that sentence names.

Process

This is not the same document as Vantage's public note docs/CLAUDE_CODE_CAD.md. That file, in the Vantage repository, describes Vantage's own CAD tools for driving Onshape or Fusion 360 from Claude Code. It is linked from the research index. Claude CodeCad, on this page, is the separate private Windows application.
